Hazen was one of Nevada’s wildest places. Shootings and general lawlessness were just part of the day. The last hanging in Nevada occurred here. Now it sands mostly empty situated between Fernley and Fallon on highway 50. I loved the color of the sunset with the old building and the surrounding desert.
